Overly sophisticated music and a model doll inside Ms. Saigon’s Vietnamese restaurant add to the flavor of their food. I ordered Pho with Shrimp, crab, and beef. When the bowl arrived I tasted a few good flavors. The fried beef bits were excellent. Furthermore, the soup lacked spicy-ness and so it appeared like the owners made up for this lack of spice by playing some old whimsical, and classical piano out of the speakers. My meal was a good value - about $8.50 and that came with a big glass of water. All in all, I would come back to this place if I am in the area, but I would not seek it out for another doubly tacky meal.
